I seem to be stuck at the 229 mark, so its time to kick it into the next gear with the exercise program. I have been pretty lax in posting the specifics of the day, mainly because by the end of the night it seems I always forget to do a blog post… plus my Flip Ultra doesn’t like my computer.
Today I had my strawberry cereal bar for breakfast with a diet pepsi. Then lunch was a foot long (i know…) Subway chicken Terayaki (still healthy.. kinda) I did steal a bag of Cheetos from the vending machine, though. For dinner, I was tempted to order out for pizza (!!!) but I held on and had a lean cuisine instead. Around 9PM, I was going to put in a DVD, but thought to myself… “I really need to walk.” So I got up and did my normal walking routine from my place (near the mall) to the post office downtown.
And that is a summary of the diet today!
