In what seems like a broken record, still at 229 today.

Breakfast included a slim-fast shake at work, with a mid-morning snack of a handful (or less) of almonds.

Lunch included a surprisingly delicious salad with light ranch and some cruncy croutons

Mid-afternoon snack was more almonds (I need to buy some apples)

Dinner - egg salad sandwich from hard boiled eggs I cooked Monday night.

I went for a walk tonight, but only about 3/4 of what I normally do, due to the impending thunderstorms that threatened to unleash their wrath.  I probably could have continued a lot further if I really wanted to.

I tried getting up at 5:30AM to walk in the morning, but it’s just too much.   Maybe tomorrow.   I really do need to “punch it” if I am going to meet this crazy goal I set in September.
