Weight: 227lbs

Here it is, July 1, 2008.  Despite a great start, I have finished the month of June just short of my goal of 220 lbs.  Being stuck at 229 for 2 weeks really did a number on my self-confidence.  And as I sit here and type this, visions of a large French Dip sandwich with a side of cheese balls dance in my head.

Being short 7 lbs means that in order to meet my other goal of 200 by August 1, I need to lose 27 lbs this month.  That will be extremely difficult and extremely “dangerous” to lose almost a pound a day.  But,  the goal for August was only 15 lbs, so I may be able to make it up in August as well.

Regardless, it really is time to take everything to the next level with the goal of reaching 185 lbs by September 1.  Instead of thinking about ways I WONT reach it, it is time to think about ways I WILL.   This means walking not only at night, but also in the morning, not cheating on the diet change portion of the program, and possibly ridding myself of even diet soda.

Is there anybody still out there?  I know I haven’t produced a video lately, but let me know if you are there.
