Weight: 225.6

This first week of July has gone by fast.  Too fast.   Luckily with the holiday, I was able to keep to my weight loss regimen at least  a little. 

Had a salad for lunch, and a craving for spaghetti-o’s for dinner with popcorn later in the evening.  I hope it won’t hurt tomorrow’s number.

Each day that passes makes it harder and harder to achieve my goal of 185 by September.  I can look at it one or two ways: 

1) I can be depressed that I wont make my goal and give up

2) I can be pissed Im falling behind and work harder

 

I think I’ll go for #2.
